How do I make a booking?+
We recommend NAVER online booking (the green buttons at the top and bottom-right of the page), where you can view and pick available slots in real time. You can also message us on KakaoTalk to book.
Is parking available? Is it free?+
Yes — free parking is provided based on your booking duration. For navigation, search "스튜디오 온더탑" (Studio On The Top) in KakaoNavi or TMap.
How do I get there by subway?+
Take the Shinbundang Line to Gwanggyo Jungang Station; it is about a 7-minute walk from there. The space sits between Gwanggyo Lake Park and the station — see the route video below for details.
What kinds of events can I host?+
First birthdays and 100-day celebrations, bridal showers, proposals, milestone birthdays (60th/70th/80th), small meetings and workshops, and small weddings. Feel free to ask about specific setups on KakaoTalk.
The booking page is in Korean — what should I do?+
The NAVER booking page is currently in Korean. If that is inconvenient, just message us on KakaoTalk open chat (English is welcome) and we will help you complete your booking.
How does the guest count work?+
The base rate covers 4 guests. From the 5th guest, an extra ₩10,000 per person applies.
Are infants and toddlers counted?+
Yes — everyone, including infants and toddlers, counts toward the guest total.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Themed styling for your event is provided free of charge. Only the custom balloon setup is a paid option (₩120,000).
Are “Studio On The Top” and “On The Top Party Room & Photo Studio” the same place?+
Yes, they are the same venue. The official name is Studio On The Top; on NAVER Maps it is listed as “On The Top Party Room & Photo Studio”. We are on the 35th floor of SK View Lake Tower Office A, Gwanggyo, Suwon.
Can I hold a first-birthday (doljanchi) or 100-day celebration?+
Absolutely. Doljabi props, rice cake / flower / cake styling and a baby dress are all included, with private use for your party.
How many guests can the space hold?+
The space is about 63㎡ (19 pyeong). Up to 30 guests for meetings and lectures, and up to 25 for all other events. The base rate covers 4 guests; ₩10,000 per person from the 5th.
How much does it cost to rent?+
The lowest rate is the weekday 4-hour package at ₩120,000. Six-hour packages: weekdays (Mon–Thu) ₩180,000, Friday ₩200,000, weekends & holidays ₩240,000 (Part 1 10:00–14:30 / Part 2 16:00–23:00 / Part 3 20:00–06:00 next day).
Do you prepare the proposal setup for me?+
Yes. 25 LED candles, large flower styling and a custom video or image display are included — just arrive. Optional add-ons at ₩120,000 each: proposal video production, unmanned two-camera filming with editing, and 25 printed photos styled on the photo wall.
Can I bring a baby to a 60th-birthday party?+
Of course. High chairs and Bumbo seats are provided for families with infants, and a custom banner is included free.
What about meals and catering?+
A buffet-style catering menu is available on request. For small weddings, dinner can follow in a private room at the 40th-floor lake-view restaurant in the same building.
Are you closed on any days?+
We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Late-night use is also possible, such as the weekend Part 3 slot (20:00–06:00 next day).
Can I visit the venue before booking?+
Yes. Weekends usually have events, so visits are only possible between 2:30–3:30 pm with a prior appointment. On weekdays, just message us on KakaoTalk with your preferred time.
Can I change or cancel my reservation?+
Date changes are not possible after booking — please cancel and rebook. Refunds follow NAVER’s policy: a full refund up to 10 days before your date, after which 10% is deducted for each passing day.
